I know, I know... this is not a good start to positivity, but I really need a place to put down the things I want to change about myself, the things I REALLY hate.
- My Weight (I'm almost at my heaviest again, and when I say "almost" I'm talking less than 4 pounds.)
- My Laziness
- My disconnect from my kids
- My negativity about everything (from thinking I can't do something to just expecting the worst from everything)
- My OCD-like skin picking habit (it is the worst it has ever been... I have a BALD spot on my head now and its still not enough to make me stop)
- My procrastination
- My perfectionism
- My self-loathing (yeah, my self-esteem is lower than low)
- My selfishness
- My messy house
